Dave's Cosmic Subs in Seal Beach, California
I have worked for this restaurant since 2017, recently the owner decided it was time for some updating and to redo the menu.
It was a wonderful experience getting to rework this menu. I've become very familiar with the brand and menu while working there for the last 3 years. This has provided me a lot of insight into what customers needed from the menu, how to organize it in a more cohesive manner, and how to show our fun 1970s vibes in the menu.
